I bought it a few months back for working on my review videos, while also wanting to get into live streaming down the road. Press the Additional device properties button and switch to the Levels tab. The lag is only on the monitoring, the stream and the recording are fine. So yeah, I own an HP laptop with Windows 10. I think I have the same issue, but on Windows 10: monitored audio sources are delayed after a while (Mic, VLC Playlist and monitored OBS Ninja browser sources).
